The Hive, St John’s Wood

Benning Construction were employed by London Borough of Camden to renovate The Hive, the Old Community Centre, a Grade II listed structure, metres from the famous Abbey Road Studios of Beatles fame.

The works included complete single ply roof replacement, incorporating a green roof and adjacent groundwork landscaping. Internal re-wiring and tanking to retaining walls, along with a full external redecoration returned the much-loved building back to the local community.
